1.The products sold on Desidhaga are Powerloom or handloom?

All products sold on Desidhaga are carefully handwoven by the local artisans of Banaras.

2.Where is your outlet located?
Desidhaga is an online based platform. There are no offline stores.

3. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
No, we do not accept cash on delivery. The payment of the entire amount is mandatory when you place the order.

4. What do I do in case of a defect in the product purchased from your store?
The color of the product might slightly vary due to difference in resolution of screens. We do not accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of color. All our products go through quality control before shipping. Return or Exchange will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong product. In case your order is damaged in transit, inform us on the same day of delivery. Money will be refunded only after receiving the package.

5. Do you also have salwar-suit sets?
No, currently we only deal with dupattas and sarees.

6. What is the fabric of your products?
We are trying to contribute our bit to the environment. That is why we at Desidhaga only sell fabrics which are sustainable such as cotton, silk and linen.

7. Do you offer any discounts?
The applicable discount or offer will be clearly mentioned against each product.

8. Do you also sell jewellery?
